We are looking for profiles for below positions for a leading global BPO
Designation : AVP WFM
Location : Mumbai
CTC Up to 30 LPA
Candidate should be from BPO background and should have managed teams
Responsibilities:
- Will lead WFM team to support Domestic operations of approx 2500 FTEs
- Will represent the workforce department and participate in customer presentation , Client calls, Quarterly business reviews
- Candidate should have 7-17 years of experience
Should have managed large teams in WFM vertical in BPO space
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
- Should have worked on WFM tools required to track the capacity and performance of the programs
- Implement and maintain intra day workforce delivery team responsible to assist service delivery team to achieve desired performance matrics
