Primary job responsibility:
• Drive new customer acquisition through existing knowledge, experience, and industry network in the enterprise space.
• Manage and enhance existing client relationships.
• Deliver large enterprise multi-year deals.
• Drives the entire sales process; leads and assigns team responsibilities for opportunity qualification and development, solution architecting, RFP/RFI proposal development, customer reviews, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build relationships with clients for expanded and new business opportunities through cross-selling & up-sell in the western region of India.
• Responsible for overall customer satisfaction for new & existing business.
To succeed in this role:
● You need at least 10-15 years of operations experience in enterprise sales.
● A graduation degree in any discipline is a must, and an MBA would be preferred.
● You must be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Willing to travel
