Job Description
AVP/VP - Strategy/Cost Management/FPA - Banking
1. Monitoring and tracking of YBL's opex and to drive efficiency across banks P&L through cost initiatives for Infrastructure and Technology
2. Innovate to drive new initiatives as well as challenge business/support partners for optimization of cost
3. Preparing and circulating MIS i.e. Actual vs. Plan monthly , quarterly and YTD
4. In depth knowledge of Pay back /IRR and review certain proposals i.e. investment proposals i.e. Pre Investment and Post Investment Review
5. Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/Accounting desired
6. Proper governance and control for cost related items hitting P&L and validate the same through post initiative (identify savings in P&L for initiative incurred)
7. Understanding of cost allocation to respective departments for Infrastructure and Technology
8. Knowledge for retail banking / retail products /technology related investments would be an added advantage
Key Skills :
1. Around 8-10 years' experience in cost management/FP&A preferably within a large organization
2. Good MS office skills (Word/Excel/Power Point
