About the role

As the Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be instrumental in sculpting the Louis Vuitton vision across our boutique windows and in-store environments. As a project leader, you'll orchestrate the impeccable and consistent execution of our visual merchandising campaigns, enhancing the client experience and contributing to the achievement of our strategic business objectives. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the development of visual merchandising talent within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing. Missions

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Project lead window and Lightbox campaigns (5x/year), coordinating production orders to install timelines, liaising with vendors and managing associated budgets, supervising VM execution across all stores, and consolidating post-installation reporting.
Event Leadership: Lead local production for pop-in events and ad-hoc initiatives, supporting execution in partnership with stores and suppliers.
Team Support & Development: Support major seasonal rotations, provide operational support, and cultivate a high performing visual merchandising team through mentorship, training, and the promotion of a collaborative environment.
Day-to-day support: In addition to the above, you will provide comprehensive support to the VM team by ensuring high visual standards through coordinating installations, managing product displays, conducting competitor analysis, and collaborating with store leadership to implement visual merchandising concepts and maintain a luxurious environment.

Profil

About You:

Significant visual merchandising experience in luxury or high-end retail.
Project Management: Expert at planning and executing multi-store rollouts.
Deep understanding of VM principles and brand translation.
Communication & Influence: Confident communicator across all levels with strong interpersonal skills.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Resourceful and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Budget & Vendor Management: Proven budget and negotiation skills.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Strong team player and collaborator.
Creative, detail-oriented, with a passion for luxury.
Skilled at supervising and guiding VM teams.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
