Job Description
We are currently searching for Assistant Warehouse Incharge, you'll assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, while also supervising and training warehouse staff.
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of stock levels.
Assist in receiving, storing, and retrieving materials and products.
Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Participate in stocktaking and audits.
Supervise and delegate tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, addressing any issues or concerns.
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, other departments, and external vendors.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
