Assistant Warehouse Manager
What you will be doing:Duties/ ResponsibilitiesPlan and ensure timely availability of materials for seamless production.Coordinate with teams to maintain material flow for bulk, pre-run, and sampling.Manage material receipt, storage, and retrieval processes efficiently.Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and compliance.Address quality issues promptly and ensure defective materials are returned by month-end.Oversee GRN completion within three days and maintain clear inventory records.Manage leftover materials, ensuring timely disposal and visibility to sourcing.Continuously improve warehouse operations through efficient systems and automation.Ensure high internal customer satisfaction with prompt material handling and issue resolution.Visit factories regularly to monitor material processes and address any operational challenges.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:Years of Experience: minimum of 8-10 yrs of experience in a similar role.Professional Certificates: Graduate
