Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Industrial or Mechanical familiarity
Ability to lift to 50 pounds
Basic understanding of the Washline Process
Excellent communication skills
Candidates must have good attendance and excellent safety records
Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times
Have or obtain Lift Truck Certification
Job Tasks:
Assist in all duties of the Washing Equipment.
Assist in cleaning all equipment properly.
Assist washline operator with duties.
Change filters as required.
Monitor operations of Wash lines, noting water levels, temperatures, speeds, hopper levels, etc.
Perform various quality checks and make necessary adjustments.
Ability to learn the washing process, fill in as washline operator as required.
Maintain proper chemical levels in wash systems.
Monitor separation of HDPE and label.
Make appropriate hose connections.
Notify supervisor of any production, quality or maintenance problems.
Operate a fork lift.
Any other duties as assigned by management
