L’Assistant(e) aux ventes soutient le/la VP, Ventes en assurant le suivi des clients, la mise en place des produits dans le système ERP, la coordination des échantillons et la communication transversale avec les équipes Design, Production, Planification, Logistique et autres équipes.

Ce rôle contribue à garantir l’exactitude des données produits, la fluidité de l’exécution des commandes et la livraison à temps des échantillons et de la production.

RESPONSABILITÉS:

Support clients et ventes

Assurer le suivi des demandes et enjeux clients en attente.
Préparer les line sheets saisonniers et mettre à jour les catalogues produits.
Organiser et envoyer les échantillons et catalogues aux clients.
Réviser les soumissions/échantillons clients avant expédition.
Maintenir des dossiers clients exacts (CAD, approbations, dates, etc.).
Produire des rapports clients au besoin.
Téléverser et maintenir les articles (SKU) sur les portails clients.
Soutenir d’autres tâches ventes/produits pour le/la Directeur(trice) Merchandising.
Données produit et gestion ERP

S’assurer que les SKU sont correctement créés et traités dans le système ERP selon les SOP/procédures.
Créer et émettre les UPC et les bons de commande (PO).
Réviser les PO clients et les acheminer aux équipes internes concernées.
Maintenir et mettre à jour l’information produit (codes SH/HS, marque/composition, détails de style, prix, UPC, emballage, etc.).
Coordination interéquipes

Collaborer avec le Design pour communiquer les changements requis sur les CAD.
Travailler avec la Production afin d’assurer la création, le suivi et les relances des commandes.
Coordonner avec des équipes telles que Comptabilité, Planification, Logistique, Entrepôt, Laboratoire et Fit afin d’assurer l’avancement des tâches.
Rencontrer l’équipe Production pour revoir les coûts, les délais (lead times) et les calendriers de livraison.
Support fournisseurs et production

Assister les fournisseurs pour :
Contrôler les coûts et soutenir les calculs de coûts.
Commander les matières premières (tissu en vrac, garnitures, emballage).
Émettre les ordres de production et suivre l’avancement de la production.
Surveiller la qualité et soutenir l’optimisation des rendements.
Suivre les expéditions et soutenir le dédouanement (au besoin).
QUALIFICATION:

Expérience en merchandising, coordination produit, coordination de production ou support aux ventes (secteur apparel/textile préférable).
À l’aise avec les systèmes ERP et la gestion de données produits.
Excellentes aptitudes d’organisation et grande attention aux détails (SKU, UPC, PO, coûts, échéanciers).
Excellentes habiletés de communication pour coordonner plusieurs départements et fournisseurs.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel particulièrement).
Expérience, compétences techniques et compétences relationnelles (fort esprit analytique, orientation opérationnelle, gestion du temps).

The Sales Assistant supports the VP, Sales by managing customer follow-ups, product setup in the ERP system, sample coordination, and cross-functional communication with Design, Production, Planning, Logistics, and other teams.

This role helps ensure accurate product data, smooth order execution, and on-time sample/production delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer & Sales Support

Follow up on pending customer requests and issues.
Prepare seasonal line sheets and update product catalogs.
Organize and send samples and catalogues to customers.
Review customer submissions/samples before shipping.
Maintain accurate customer records (CADs, approvals, dates, etc.).
Run customer reports as needed.
Upload and maintain SKU items on customer portals.
Support additional sales/product tasks for the Merchandising Director.
Product Data & ERP Management

Ensure SKUs are set up correctly and processed through the ERP system based on SOPs.
Create and issue UPCs and Purchase Orders (POs).
Review customer POs and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain and update product information (HS codes, brand/content, style details, pricing, UPCs, packaging, etc.).
Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with Design to communicate changes needed on CADs.
Work with Production to ensure orders are placed, tracked, and followed up.
Coordinate with teams such as Accounting, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Lab, and Fit to ensure tasks are completed smoothly.
Meet with Production to review costing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Supplier & Production Support

Assist with suppliers to:

Control costs and support cost calculations.
Order raw materials (bulk fabric, trims, packaging).
Issue production orders and track production progress.
Monitor quality and support best yields.
Track shipments and support customs clearance (as needed).
QUALIFICATION:

Experience in merchandising, product coordination, production coordination, or sales support (apparel/textiles preferred).
Comfortable working with ERP systems and product data management.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail (SKUs, UPCs, POs, costing, timelines).
Strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple departments and suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially).
Experience, technical skills, soft skills (highly analytical, operationally focused, time management)
