Position Title: Manager – R&D (Panel Design)
Work Location: Mahape
Educational Qualification & Exp: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Key Deliverables:
• Extensive Experience in sheet metal and Mechanical Panel design. Experience in power electronics mechanical assemblies including heat dissipating components and air flow management.
• Experience on working with Electronic assemblies in mechanical casings, Panel enclosures, Consoles
• Experience with installation, fitment of components, assemblies, electrical products. Information about relevant suppliers in the market
• Good skill over use of AutoCAD, Creo, 2D & 3D Drawings. Knowledge of good drawing practices, scaling, DIN/IS Standards relevant to mechanicals
• Knowledge of mechanical characteristics of various metal/non metals, load carrying members, welding, heat treatment
Functional Competencies
• Competence in 2D, 3D Drawings on AutoCAD , Creo platforms
• Solution mindset for mechanical design related issues, tasks
• Target oriented, Eye for detail, First Time Right approach & Team Player

agreements, etc. 2. Drafting/Vetting of Undertaking, Declaration,
Disclaimers, and POA’s. Authorisations, Forms (KYC
Documents), Letter, Product Notes,
circulars etc., to check and foresee the legal
implications, implication of government orders viz.
control orders, stock limits etc., provisions of Food
Safety Act, etc. and advice accordingly.
● Provide necessary support to the internal department
for making a policy, support and assistance within the
ambit of Regulatory directions. ● Drafting and vetting of Rules, Bye Laws and
Regulations for NCDEX and ensuring their publication
in Gazette of India and State Gazette. ● Advising of registration of IPR & their respective
renewal.
● Ensuring registration of IPRs as well MIS of IPR’s.
● Applications to the Registry.
● Engaging Counsels to represent in case of objections.
● Pursuing any contentious and non-contentious
matters with regard to intellectual property rights. ● To monitor the changes in Legal framework andrelated legislations which have a bearing and impact
on the Business of the Company and to provide
advise wherever solicited.
● Handle communication and attend meeting with
internal and external stakeholders and provide advice
and assistance also pertaining to legal issues and
