Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce at Greenlands located in Meerut. The role includes tasks such as social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and digital marketing efforts for the brand's outdoor products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace and Shopify Operations Management
• Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog health on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other emerging platforms.
• Ensure accurate content, images, and compliance for all SKUs.
• Monitor buy box, suppressions, listing hijacks, and customer reviews.
2. Performance Optimization
• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, traffic, and competitor performance.
• Optimize product detail pages (A+ Content, SEO keywords, bullets, titles).
• Track key KPIs: AOV, CTR, CVR, RoAS (for ads), returns, and OOS rates.
3. Promotions & Campaigns
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, Lightning Deals, BBD, Diwali Sales, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing team for festive campaigns and product bundling.
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Experience in developing digital marketing campaigns
4. Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
• Ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts/overstock issues.
• Track return reasons and implement corrective actions.
