Job Purpose: Candidate should have done graduation in commerce stream with minimum of 2 years experience. Candidate should have knowledge of BUSY and GST filling.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, manage and record day-to-day transactions.
Prepare, maintain and manage general ledger accounting.
Inspect, verify and reconcile accounts receivable records and its balances.
Coordinate with sales team in daily dispatch and payment verification
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Invoice processing and filing.
Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
Bank reconciliation.
Requisite Skills:
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software(BUSY).
2 years experienced candidates can apply.
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Should know how to file GST.
Desired Skills:
GST filling and book keeping.
Education:
Any Graduate preferably B.Com.
