About the Role:
ARCC is a Global Team responsible for ensuring AR is accurate as well as Credit and Collections duties
What You Will Do in This Role
• Cash Applications:
• Daily Bank Statement downloads
• Daily posting of Cash to correct bank accounts against AR customer transactions
• Intercompany postings of cash received to incorrect entities
• Ensuring all unposted cash is tracked and resolved
• Responding to Bank Reconciliation queries from the GL Cash Team
• Preparing metrics for all cash posted across all global entities
• Manual Transactions
• Raising manual credit notes for Withholding Tax, AppStore fees, Bad Debt, rebates and other activities
• Raising Debit Memos
• Raising Manual Invoices
• Upload monthly billings files to ERP
• Building relationship with Treasury for:
• Receipt queries and rejections
• FX hedging reporting
• Mailbox Management
• Manage workload to respond and action queries and requests within SLA
• Systems Integration & Initiatives
• Perform UAT as per direction from Project Team Lead
• Month & Quarter End focus with extended support levels
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
• Graduate Level
• 3-5 years in Order to Cash or equivalent work environment
• 2 cumulative years of Software Industry experience, with international experience a plus
• Experience in working with and delivering results to key stakeholders and customers
• Proven ownership in managing and resolving escalations
• Speak and write English fluently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Adaptable and flexible
• Ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
• Flexibility to work per shift requirements in a busy multinational environment
• SFDC – general knowledge
• Oracle – general knowledge
• Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint required
