Job Description
• Assist in daily mise en place for all pastry items including doughs, batters, creams, and garnishes.
• Maintain quality and consistency across all preparations.
• Follow recipes and plating standards under guidance of senior chefs.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
• Track daily ingredient usage and report low-stock items.
• Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing of pastry ingredients.
• Ensure proper FIFO rotation and minimal wastage.
3. Display & Counter Management
• Support setup and maintenance of pastry displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness.
• Refill and reorganize counters during service to maintain presentation standards.
4. Client Interaction & Service
• Interact with clients when required, assisting with pastry selections and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle takeaway and service-related tasks during busy hours or in absence of front staff.
5. Hygiene & Kitchen Standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
• Follow all FSSAI hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist in daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
