Job Description
• 5 years’ experience of software development, financial services experience highly desirable;
• Demonstrable experience in delivering solutions with BPM-based suites. IBM BPM/BAW product experience highly desirable;
• Excellent understanding of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) 2.0, with full working knowledge of BPM process concepts and terminology;
• Good understanding of a rules framework (JRules, Drools) highly desirable;
• Good understanding of Java, core frameworks such as Spring. RESTful services experience desirable;
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and web development concepts. Angular 2.0 experience desirable;
• Experience of leading teams of junior developers (remote/distributed teams highly desirable);
• Demonstrable capability to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies;
• Demostrate to provide solutions as reusable componenets, best practices to achieve best quality code and best service performance;
• Comfortable in presenting development work to senior team members and business stakeholders;
• Fluent in English (written & verbal);
• Working proficiency with core MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
• Experience in Agile methodology;
• Good to have any public cloud knowledge
