Job Responsibilities
• Process development & improvement:
• Maintain close liaison and seek assistance from Business, RMG, CPRAM, LCS, CCU/Operations, Finance teams for process improvement and creating efficient processes w.r.t. PSL classification and reporting
• Identify process gaps and partner stakeholders in closing these
• Simplification of processes to make it easy to originate and tag assets as PSL.
• Create product & process manuals/SOPs for various PSL categories simplification of internal compliance norms to make it easy for business to grow PSL
• Manage end to end turnaround time to facilitate superior customer experience and innovate process change to facilitate the same.
2. Governance and controls
• Supporting PSL Policy head in conducting PSL council meetings alongwith relevant stakeholders
• Post implementation review of new roll-outs, and initiate action where necessary
• Assist in operational risk reviews
3. Regulatory Compliance
• Prepare regulatory reports in a correct & timely manner and submit to the regulator
• Advise & structure solutions as per permissibility and other aspects of transactions as per regulatory guideline
• Ensure to comply with all external (including regulatory) & internal reporting requirements for the portfolio
4. Audits
• Coordinate with auditors - Statutory, Internal & Regulatory for PSL portfolio
• Ensure no disqualification of PSL asset in regulatory audit
5. Portfolio Management
• Create MIS templates and monitoring mechanism. Ensure effective internal control systems are implemented to minimize credit, regulatory and other operational losses.
• Monitoring of product portfolio and controlling overdues
• Publish relevant MIS and share analysis with relevant internal stakeholders / management.
• Ensure correct classifications & NIL disqualification of PSL assets.
• Liasion with finance team and publish monthly P&L of PSL portfolio
6. Repository Function:
• Act as repository for policies, product notes, processes, vendor / partner agreements, data related to PSL
• Control & manage PSL data flow to various stakeholders
• MIS- Analyze, Maintain and Disseminate suitable MIS to various stakeholders to drive the business metrics
7. Automation and System Enhancement - Identify and Implement the best available and appropriate technology for all the products/channels.
• Automation of PSL asset identification and tagging workflow
• Identify system and process gaps and partner stakeholders in closing these
• Co-ordinate with inhouse IT team and external IT vendors in explaining and developing the product functionalities required in system.
• Closely track the developments and follow up with the Vendor for the timely delivery of the functionalities
• Successfully launch the differentiated system in stipulated time
