Role Description
A developer who is required for end-to-end automation of processes and provide support to Finance teams.

Your key responsibilities
Working in partnership with business & other teams, the developer will build new solutions and enhance existing toolsets to significantly reduce operational risk & enhance efficiency
Address the existing data completeness issues and month-end processes. This involves redesigning existing Microsoft Access, Excel and other tools to operate more efficiently and enhance analytical and reporting capabilities
Supporting efforts to consolidate the existing End User Developed Applications (EUDAs) population across Finance, significantly rationalizing the number of EUDA’s in use
Liaising with RTB/ BA/ Project managers to ensure the development work is in line with business requirements
Producing documentation for developed applications and provide training to end users
Undertaking quality assurance of deliverables
Ad-hoc development
Any other support relating to automation.
Your skills and experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps.is required, along with associated plug-ins to market data applications.
5+ years experience as a RAD Developer
Additional knowledge of VBA, Excel, Access database, SQL, Python an added advantage
A broad understanding of Finance, within an investment bank would be desirable
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills & experience and customer focus
Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
Results focused individual
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations
Excellent team player
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members.
