T.I.M.E. Jaipur requires Legal Faculty for CLAT Course
• Experience: 2-3 years (Experience with CLAT or other law entrance exams preferred)
• Responsibilities:
• Teach legal concepts and subjects relevant to the CLAT exam, including Constitutional Law, Contract Law, and Criminal Law.
• Prepare study materials and mock tests for students.
• Conduct interactive sessions and provide mentorship to students.
• Qualifications: Law degree (LLB or equivalent) with a deep understanding of CLAT syllabus and exam pattern.

About the firm:

GD Bansal & Associates is a dedicated IP law firm founded and headed by Adv. G.D. Bansal. The firm deals in the prosecution as well as litigation of Trademarks, copyrights, and Designs across the country.

POSITION AVAILABLE

1. Associate (Prosecution) (4)

Roles and responsibilities:
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in Trademark prosecution
• Conducting trademark searches
• Reply to Examination Reports issues by Registry
• Attending Show Cause Hearings
• Drafting letters/ Legal notices
• Drafting Notice of Opposition, Rectification, Counter-Statement, Evidence etc.,
• Any other legal work assigned by the seniors

2. Associate (Litigation) (3)

Roles and responsibilities:
• Candidate should well versed with the provisions of Trademarks Act, Copyright Act and Procedural Laws
• Drafting Writ Petitions, replies, Written Submissions,
• Conducting Research
• Able to travel for outstation matters
• Any other legal work assigned by the seniors

Ideal Candidate:
• Should have sound knowledge of various laws related to Intellectual Property Rights and procedural laws, and interpretation skills and keep himself abreast of the latest updates.
• Should have a degree in law from a leading university recognized by the BCI.
• Must have a PQE of 1+ years.
• Only candidates having prior experience in the field of IPR shall be preferred.
• Ability to understand the law in contexts and propose iterative solutions;
• Initiative and independent working, ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision;
• Good communication skills and fluency in English(written and spoken);
• The area of practice will be limited to chamber practice only.
