The Role

Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management with supervision.

Responsibilities

Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.

Posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting systems.

Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.

Research and resolve financial statement discrepancies, with supervision, by working with other departments.

Degree Requirement

Be part qualified or possess a recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.

Foundational experience in accounting, such as supporting month-end processes, preparing reports, assisting with reconciliations, or working with financial data in a business setting

Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset

Proactive approach to learning new systems, tools, and financial processes

Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Genuine desire to grow professionally within a finance team

Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.

Financial Record Keeping: Knowledge of financial record keeping processes, methods, and tools; ability to maintain accurate and thorough records of financial transactions.
