Building a team of PFAs:
• Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organization
• Coordinating the appointment process of the PFAs
• Activision of successfully appointed new PFAs through hand holding, participation in OJT, and ensuring their motivation to sell
• Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organizations targets
Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:
• Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
• Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
• Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
• Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
• Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help team perform
• Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
• Track customer proposals through to conversion
Requirements
• Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).
• For ADM at least 1+ yrs. of field sales experience.
• Industries can be tapped( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
• Must be localite
• Age between 25 years to 40 years
• Must have two wheeler
