Senior Software Developer
The Senior Software Developer focuses on developing multiple types and categories of software including end-user applications and operating systems software that provides a platform for running end user applications. While working independently with limited supervision, this job applies up-to-date information on the detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Conducts requirements gathering and analysis to understand the domain of the software problem and/or functionality, the interfaces between hardware and software, and the overall software characteristics.
• Uses programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write software code.
• Consults with systems engineers and architects on developing information technology (IT) standards for the business while facilitating the translation of client requirements into technical designs for large IT solutions.
• Models key business processes and critical paths while assessing the impact of technology on business processes.
• Supports software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolves activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements
• Maintains records for the documentation of systems development and revisions.
• Reviews the work of lower level professionals.

Machine Learning Engineer
A Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for designing and developing machine learning systems, implementing appropriate ML algorithms, The job will also require performing data analysis and identifying relationships between data flowing though different systems. A successful candidate will have an ability to represent a business problem as regression , classification or a deep learning problem and deliver implementation of the usecase using right applicable algorithms
Qualifications
The job requires :
• Exposure to Python, Machine learning and scikit-learn is mandatory for the role
• Hands on experience using python libraries like pandas, numpy and plotting machine learning results
• Tensor flow and deep learning experience would be highly recommended for the role
• Experience in Creating and tunning a neural network will be highly recommended
• Exposure to Explainable AI algorithms like LIME, SHAP and ELI5 will be helpful
• Experience on using Jupyter Notebook and/or Amazon Sage maker and/or Dominos Data lab
• Exposure to Big data platform and ingesting data in distributed environment using frames like spark will be helpful for the role
• Exposure to a Business Intelligence reporting tool would be an added advantage like Tableau or Power BI
• Exposure to any one RDBMS platform(Oracle, my SQL etc.) and any one NoSQL platform( Mongo DB, Cassandra etc.)
• Ability to work on both Unix and Windows based platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns
• Exposure to CI/CD Best practices and configurations
Key Responsibilities and Duties – Nice to have
• Exposure to Event driven programming using Kafka or any middleware technology is preferred
• Exposure to Java version 8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot and any object relational framework - preferred
• Exposure to any Cloud platform AWS, Azure or GCP. Exposure to Open shift would be an added advantage
• Monitors development work to make sure resulting software meets established goals.
• Manages the identification of business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives for the IT System.
• Manages the configuration, customization, diagnosis and enhancements of operating systems software.
• Advises the development and implementation of new products, processes and operational plans.
• Oversees training of users on new or modified software.
