About The Department
Digital Excellence & Communications, Finance GBS
Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.
The Position
As an Associate Analyst in Graphic Design, you will be primarily working on the design, formatting, visual enhancements, and creation of professionally design business presentations as per the brand guidelines.
Additionally, you will be responsible to develop design materials such as emailers, newsletters, logo, infographics and collaterals.
You should have a strong knowledge and technical experience in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Graphs, Adobe illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, and other similar design tools.
You must work closely with the project team to clearly understand the requirements and meet the set expectations.
You must ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support with timely turnarounds.
You will be responsible to manage the correspondence and materials on behalf of the Stakeholders & independently execute tasks/projects with minimal supervision.
You’re expected to support all ad-hoc requests that involves graphic design.
You should continuously scan the market for best practices and innovations in power point and graphic design.
The position requires frequent and active engagement with global affiliates of Novo Nordisk.
Good communication and engagement skills are required for stakeholder relationship management.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Designing
• Around 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Design industry
• Excellent in creating professional executive Business Presentations and other communication collaterals.
• Strong PowerPoint skill is a must
• Hands-on experience in MS Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud is a must
• Deep knowledge of design concepts and creative work with strong visualization, colour sense and design skills are required
• Skills such as drawing & sketching to create illustrations would be a plus
• Good eye for detail, aesthetics, layout, colour theory and typography
• Good verbal and written communication skills required
