Job Description
Excellent analytical skills, reasoning and logical ability. Should be able to understand & interpret legal terminologies, documents and legal cases. 2. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Contract Management, Contrast Drafting, Redlining and negotiation through Playbooks.
• Experience on APTTUS.
• Should have good legal aptitude, good grasp over the basic contract terminologies and structure and good working knowledge of contracts.
• Should have hands-on experience on interpretation of High-end contracts.
• Good legal summarization skills.
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills.
• Proactive in understanding complex scenarios and decision making skills to enable resolution.
• Good knowledge on MS office tools like, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc..
• Should have good team and client interfacing skills, and ability to work without supervision.
• Flexible enough to work in rotational shifts and extend the working hrs. when there is a business requirement.
