Role Overview:
As an Associate Architect (Interior Designer) at Colliers, you will be responsible for driving projects from inception to completion. Your role will require strong design skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team. Your primary responsibilities will include taking client briefs, conceptualizing designs, finalizing layouts, managing budgets, coordinating services, finalizing BOQs, releasing GFC drawings, FFE, and providing all necessary design support for project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Conceptualization: Provide inspiration and ideation for designs.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the single point of contact for clients.
- Layout Planning: Develop efficient and aesthetic layout plans.
- Cost Planning: Manage and plan project budgets effectively.
- Presentations: Create and deliver presentations to clients.
- Project Architect: Act as the lead architect from the design perspective.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other consultants and the project team.
Qualifications:
- B.Arch. /B. Interior Design/Dip. Int Design/M. Arch(Interiors)
- 2-5 years of experience in designing corporate, retail, and hospitality interior projects in India & abroad
- Proficiency in ACAD, Revit, Photoshop, Google Sketchup, Enscape
- Ability to sketch design ideas manually
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Projects
- Familiarity with latest design trends and materials
- Detailed technical understanding of the construction process
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
