Job description
SaaS Law is a rapidly growing law firm that specializes in representing software-as-a-service companies with legal needs. Ideally, the right candidate will have worked in-house for a SaaS company and had significant experience negotiating and drafting SaaS customer agreements, partner agreements, and other agreements used in the industry. The candidate should be excited, fun-loving and supportive of SaaS entrepreneurs, SaaS legal departments, SaaS executives and the SaaS Law team. A positive attitude and great communication skills will be extremely important to the candidate's individual growth and success. Such an approach will translate to the success of the business and quick individual progression with SaaS Law.
Fully remote with flexible hours. Minimum billable is 125 hours per month (approximately 6 hours per work day). Bonus is provided for every hour billed over 125 per month. Responsibilities
• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare, draft and negotiate SaaS agreements
• Provide other SaaS specific legal services
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor
• Bar licensure in the US
• Live in the Pacific or Mountain time zone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong SaaS industry and company knowledge from the "inside"
