Job Description
We are a growing law firm in Bolingbrook, IL, seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience. Our firm primarily focuses on family law, and we are open to candidates with experience in other areas such as personal injury, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload, with a primary focus on family law (experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or criminal defense is also highly valued).
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings, trials, and negotiations.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in court, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide high-quality counsel and establish strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Illinois Bar license.
• Minimum of 1 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for family law.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $70,000 - $+0,000, commensurate with experience.
