Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research & prepare documentation

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

Advise clients and negotiate settlements

Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations

Manage multiple cases with accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school

Active California Bar license

Experience in Civil Litigation and/or Workers’ Compensation

Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills

Skilled in negotiation, drafting, and case management

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
