Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be licensed in practice in PA
The ideal candidate will have experience with personal injury cases on the plaintiff side AND/OR defending governmental institutions on the defense side
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law
Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania
Must have experience with personal injury cases on the plaintiff side AND/OR defending governmental institutions on the defense side
Strong knowledge of municipal law and the legal issues affecting the industry
Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
