Responsibilities
As a Associate Attorney, you will
Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation cases
Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents on behalf of clients, such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements
Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them navigate complex commercial and civil litigation cases
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in a manner that best represents the client's interests
Specialize in trucking law, providing expert legal advice and representation in this niche area
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, interpret laws and regulations, and provide comprehensive legal advice
