Responsibilities
This is an onsite position, where you will play a crucial role in representing clients who have suffered personal injuries
You will be responsible for managing a heavy case load from inception through trial, demonstrating your expertise in mediation, arbitration, deposition, and trial experience
Represent clients who have suffered personal injuries in all stages of litigation, from inception through trial
Conduct all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, and identifying, preparing, and managing exhibits for trial
Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations, demonstrating your negotiation skills and ability to achieve favorable results
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, orders, judgments, and status reports
Develop case strategies based on the facts of the case and the client's goals, and execute those strategies effectively
Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their case and advising them on legal issues and case strategy
Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and incorporate relevant changes into your practice
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the firm's commitment to client service and excellence in practice is upheld
