Job Details
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in estate planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates, including multi-generational wealth transfer using GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, and other complex instruments.
• Client Management Proven track record of direct client management responsibilities.
• Technical Skills Proficiency in post-mortem administration and tax return preparation/review (Forms 706, 70+, and 1041).
• Active FL Bar License
