The Bright team has a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences. The team was founded by Avi Patchava (former McKinsey, InMobi), Petko Platchkov (former McKinsey, CommuterClub founder), Varun Modi (former InMobi) and Alexander Seyfert (former Amazon, Yahoo).
What You'll Do?
• Managing daily operations of the payment systems, such as checking figures in the reconciliation process for the flow of funds between Bright and users
• Managing E2E Fraud operations process
• To investigate fraud related accounts and identify multiple types of fraud, research credit bureaus to verify personal information and identity and restriction of suspicious accounts
• Preparing reports to expedite tracking and reporting of investigations
• Evaluates and addresses issues stemming from or affecting operations that cross other lines of business
• Develops relationships with management of internal and external functions/departments to enhance productivity
• Seeks to influence others as needed to gain support for departmental initiatives
• Promotes innovation in identifying problematic areas in the process and addressing recurring issues.
• Participates in the development of strategic operational plans and lead the implementation of plans
• Modifies and creates new processes/procedures wherever necessary within the scope of Operations
