Role: CFIB (Corporate Finance & Investment Banking) – Structured Finance
Designation: Associate / AM / Manager / AD
Location: Mumbai (Only)
Responsibilities:
Majorly Sell side Exposure in Structured Finance
(Experience of raising debt for corporates from MFs, AIF, NBFC, private credit funds etc).
Debt raising experience from commercial banks is not relevant
1-10 years’ experience
Worked in debt syndication desks of Banks, NBFC, Boutique IBs/advisory firms (only structured
debt teams)
Currently located in Mumbai and having experience of Mumbai market
Mandatory Skill Set- Corporate finance
Preferred Skill Set- Investment Banking
Year of experience- 1 year
Qualification- MBA / Graduation
