Associate - BM-(WD51748) Job Description PSL Classification & Governance • Ensure correct classifications and tagging as per regulatory guidelines. • Assist and coordinate with IBG and CBG in PSL tagging of their portfolio. • Ensure compliance with all external (including regulatory) & internal reporting requirements for the PSL portfolio. • Assisting PSL COO for conducting PSLC meetings. • Providing support to all Audits related to PSL classification • Collection and checking of PSL supporting documents Audits • Tracking of all regulatory/compliance documents for PSL BU clients • Coordinate with auditors (RBI Audit, Statutory, Concurrent and Group Audit) and timely resolution of their queries. Portfolio Management and Budgeting • Monthly MUREX entries of PTC portfolio • Tracking on Business Unit's PSL target v/s actual achievement. • Preparation of P&L for PSL department and track actual v/s budget. • Share Flash and MBR on a monthly basis with IBG and CBG finance • Computation and monitoring of Bank's PSL achievement v/s RBI target and highlight excess/shortfall. • Preparation of avenue wise PSL position as and when required. • Update tracker regarding excess/shortfall PSL Repository Function Act as repository for the PSL BU – Client memo, Product notes, processes, vendor / partner agreements, data related to PSL. Automation and System Enhancement Identification of system gaps in PSL classification and assisting system development or technological solution for PSL department. PSL classification and its data flow automation for IBG and CBG Misc • Data submission to CPRAM • SMA/CRILC check • Monthly PSL townhall • Monthly Review of Gaurav & Aswini – PPT and Data preparation • Monthly/Bi-Weekly Status of PSL clients to IBG • Support to PSL BU for conducting field visits
