TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and taking on existing relationships with vendors.
Liaison and communicating on a regular basis with all vendors, suppliers, merchandisers, collaborators.
Managing order and deliveries.
Working and monitoring content and IT.
Working and monitoring production and shoots.
Working and monitoring campaigns with appointed agencies.
Projects
Managing design direction for garments, accessories and lifestyle goods
Project styling and photography
Content development for Press and Media with teams
Managing flagship store and customer relations
Store styling
Event planning and coordination
Product placements in stockists, online and offline
Stock management
Off-site exhibitions and client liasion
Social Media Management
Account management
Email: mail sorting, organizing, screening, follow ups, forwarding for team knowledge, etc
Facebook pages: updates and content development
Personal Content Management
Mail: Coordination, tally, response, screening, etc
Notes: Briefing notes, minutes of meetings, etc
Schedule Management
Meeting planners
Follow ups + Calls
Travel management listing
Document verification before sanction
Accounting schedule for formal meetings, cheque clearances & payments

Overall SOP care and upkeep for the outlets
Coordination among internal teams.
