Eligibility Criteria:
– MBA- Marketing (2026/21)
– Location/city (Pune) during training and final posting.
– Willing to sign a Service agreement of 24 months (Including Training Period), failing which they have to pay a sum amount of 2 lakh Rupees as training cost on leaving the organization before completion of 24 monthsDesignation - Associate Business Consultant (3 Months Training Period)

- Have past experience in management through experience in college fests, Ecell other leadership roles taken

Here are the work related to the role:
- Strategize Marketing Efforts
- Identification and segregation of potential channels
- Develop relevant advertising, sales collaterals and business proposals
- Find B2B leads from different online sales channels
- Look for opportunities to help clients
- Training sessions and webinars for clients
- Become a liaison and provide strategic support to the client
- Make compelling proposals for coming leads
- Proactively and strategically initiate contact with newly discovered potentials

1st Year: - CTC 3.15 L/annum (3 months probation period, 15K in bonus on confirmation)
2nd Year: - CTC 4.75L/annum (25K in bonus on 2 years bond completion)
3rd Year: -CTC 7.10L/annum (1L in bonus on completion of 3 years)
