Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Emails and Social Media Accounts and Google Play Consoles.
• Actively participate in team meetings.
• Communicate with the customer in real time.
• Incentives for achieving the rating targets.
Requirements:
• Any graduate degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Fluent in Hindi, English and one of the following languages: ( Bengali, Tamil, Assamese, Telugu).
• Comfortable with Calling in bulk and work-from-home setup.
• Comfortable with flexible rosters and might have to work on weekends.
• Proactive and Enthusiastic.
