About the Role:
We’re seeking an Associate Manager – Category Management (Bags) to own and scale the category for a leading fashion e-commerce platform. This role combines business ownership, brand management, and customer experience to drive category growth and deliver sales.
Key Responsibilities:
👜 Drive Sales & Growth
• Own revenue goals and deliver top-line growth for the category
• Improve site KPIs like conversion, AOV, and retention
• Align website content with monthly & seasonal promotions
📊 Brand Management
• Negotiate budgets, margins & promotional spends with brand partners
• Monitor brand performance & take corrective actions to achieve plans
• Plan & execute brand campaigns to boost visibility & awareness
💡 Customer Experience
• Enhance user experience across touchpoints using web analytics
• Develop retention processes to drive repeat customers
• Boost banner revenue via segmentation and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Strong experience in Category Management (fashion/e-commerce preferred)
✅ Excellent commercial acumen & vendor negotiation skills
✅ Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for analysis & reporting
✅ Ability to build long-term brand partnerships and drive P&L goals
