We are at Delhivery hiring an Associate (Graduate Fresher) to up bound Experience of our clients in Jaipur area, ideal candidate should be graduated from any stream and ready to work in leading logistic industry.

Department: Client Relationship
Industry: Courier / Logistics
Salary: INR 15000 – 25000 per month
Location : At Nearby center Jaipur
Education: Graduation and Above

Who can apply Delhivery Associate Career in Jaipur?
• Anyone with graduate degree
• Fresher with all marksheet of education
• Basic Knowledge of use of computer
• Good communication skill
• Bit exposer handling of team
• Aware with area codes of Jaipur Rajasthan.
• If local from Jaipur will get first choice
• If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
Key Responsibilities at Delhivery Job in Jaipur Rajasthan
• Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
• Managing the payable for the allocated clients
• Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
• Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
• Monitoring day to day operations
• Resolving Jaipur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
• Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
• Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
• Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
• Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
• Should be ready to relocate to Jaipur if needed.
