We are currently seeking an Associate, Client Services to join our professional and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about providing high-quality services and support in the financial services industry.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for helping clients and making their experience seamless and enjoyable. If you've worked in client services or an admin role - especially in the financial services space - you'll feel right at home here. But most importantly, we're looking for someone with great communication skills and a natural ability to build and nurture client relationships.

You'll need to be highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you're someone who thrives on meeting deadlines and keeping everything in check, we'll definitely value your skills. You should be someone that is happy to learn new things and has a keen attention to detail, especially when it comes to preparing compliant advice documents.

If you've used Xplan before, that's a big plus. But if not, we're happy to teach you.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Support for Financial Advice Delivery: Providing assistance to the Advice Team in delivering financial advice and ensuring all related tasks are completed efficiently.
Client Service Activities: Undertaking various client service activities to ensure a premium client experience, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
Xplan Task Management: Managing the timely completion of tasks allocated via Xplan, ensuring that all deadlines and requirements are met.
Advice Document Preparation: Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of complaint advice documents, ensuring that all paperwork meets regulatory standards
Compliance Adherence: Ensure that the financial advice process is followed meticulously, including the completion of compliance documentation for adviser approval and task completion in Xplan
Reception Support: Provide backup support for the local reception team, ensuring smooth office operations and a welcoming environment for clients.
