The Role:
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Acts as a point of contact during study build for system development related questions by the project team.
With assistance from more senior levels, performs reviews of edit check specifications, copies edit checks from a specified trial and/or library, develops new edit checks, and modifies library edit checks to meet trial-specific specifications.
Assists with development of custom reports and programs and data validation outputs to meet agreed specifications. Tracks and communicates
project development statuses to the project team and functional management.
Provides comments on eCRFs screens and dynamic functionality.
Assists with programing of less complex screen dynamics.
Assists with creation and maintenance of data integration programs with the clinical database.
Assists with extract of raw data from CDMS as part of a data transfer.
Understands the requirements, capabilities, and limitations of at least one clinical data management system
Basic knowledge of clinical database programming to program edit checks and create reports
Good written and oral communication skills
Problems are varied but similar. Solves problems using defined procedures or precedence. Work is reviewed periodically.
Interprets or explains data or information to deliver messages. Requires objective review of difficult work problems, obtaining cooperation or approval.
Supports the achievement of goals through personal effort in own work area. Impact is focused on the immediate delivery of tasks.
