Job Description
Min Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Location: reCharkha's Office in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Work-from-home applications will be NOT be considered
Work days and hours: 6 days a week, 10am to 6:30pm, (Sunday off) (We can even consider any other week day, instead of Sunday)
Key Requirements:
• Passion towards the cause of Sustainable Development & Environmental Conservation
• Positive attitude and willingness to exert persistent effort for the growth of the Organization
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thorough knowledge of working on all Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Business WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Pinterest and others)
• Must be punctual and meticulous with records keeping of contacts & execution of tasks
• Experience in making reports and documentation
• Well-versed with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
• Very Methodical and Organized
• Ready to travel in and out of Pune if needed
Job Description:
• Responding to all Social media comments, messages, queries, calls
• Channelizing queries of waste donation, product purchase/sale, events and others, to the appropriate department or handling the queries themselves
• For sales call/messages, understanding customer requirements and providing them product information, and completing end-to-end sale of products
• Connecting/Networking with celebrities, social dignitaries, senior govt personnel & social media Influencers to promote our cause and the work done by our organization. Also, showcasing our products to such individuals and getting them to promote our products
• Sending New Product updates or Informative/Awareness messages to customers
• Sending Monthly Newsletters via emails or messages
• Taking follow-up with potential customers as well as retaining existing ones
• Co-ordinating with the management for any enquiries regarding interviews/podcasts/sessions and scheduling the calendar accordingly
Pay: 15,000 - 20,000 per month, depending on work experience.
