Job Description
Merger Control & Transaction Advisory: Work on merger filings, acquisitions, and joint ventures before the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
• Enforcement & Investigations: Support in cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases, leniency applications, and compliance reviews.
• Regulatory Engagement: Assist in matters involving the CCI and appellate bodies, including compliance and settlement processes.
• Research & Drafting: Prepare legal opinions, internal notes, and client advisories on competition law issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-value mandates across sectors.
Ideal Candidate:
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (2026/2026 batch pass-out).
• Strong interest in competition / antitrust law with prior exposure to merger control or enforcement work.
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
