What you will be doing:
Creating Digital Lending / Lending Business Strategy/Growth Strategy: Drive Digital Lending Strategy and Roadmap for Fintechs, NBFCs /Banks/Companies: These strategies or lending model require deep research as well as analysis to give long term strategy, which is a key expectation from the candidate.
Build Digital Lending Business models for various lending segments such as SME Lending, P2P Lending, Merchant Finance, Marketplace Lending, Captive Model, Invoice Discounting
Research and Execution: We work on various assignments and build reports which need deep-dive market research and build insights. The candidate will have to do research for market study on various payment solutions or models and create insightful contents.
Program Management: Candidate may need to work closely with customers to build Lending business models or in implementation of digital lending programs.
Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customer and stakeholders, collate insights and build collaterals and deliverables, walk through deliverables with customer
Social Media Engagement: As subject matter expert, engage in writing blogs, marketing collaterals on Digital Topics for social media, Websites
What we are looking for:
4 -8 years with experience in a Fintech or Digital team of Banks / Financial Institutions with MBA/BTECH
Working experience and Understanding of digital lending lifecycle covering Customer onboarding, Underwriting, Disbursal, Collections, Risk Management
Worked on building various digital lending model such as SME Lending, Secured & unsecured Lending, P2P Lending etc
Understanding of Digital Technologies such as APIs, Automation, Mobility, AI/ML, cloud computing and worked on various digital use cases within Lending
Working experience in building lending models/solutions/Products for Fintechs or integrated models/solutions with Fintechs
Understanding of compliance with local regulations on lending and providing guidance to technology team in driving compliance
Has been involved in new product initiatives boosting growth and vertical expansion and develop successful targeted marketing programs
Worked in close co-ordination with Technology, Business Account Managers and other stakeholders to drive digital lending strategy & roll out of loan Products
Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets
Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and to drive to results
