What we are looking for:
Creating Payment Business Strategy/Growth Strategy; Payment Roadmap or build Payment based business models for Fintechs, NBFCs /Banks/Companies/Fintechs: These strategies or model require deep research as well as analysis to give long term strategy, which is a key expectation from the candidate.
Research and Execution: We work on various assignments and build reports which need deep-dive market research and build insights. The candidate will have to do research for market study on various payment solutions or models and create insightful contents.
Program Management: Candidate may need to work closely with customers to build payment business models or in implementation of payment solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customer and stakeholders, collate insights and build collaterals and deliverables, walk through deliverables with customer
Social Media Engagement: As subject matter expert, engage in writing blogs, marketing collaterals on Digital Topics for social media, Websites
What we are looking for:
4 -8 years with experience in a Fintech or Digital team of Banks / Financial Institutions with MBA/BTECH
Understanding of Digital Payment Landscape in India and Global Payment Programs
Experienced in design and building new payment solutions across various products such as POS, Payment gateways, wallets
Worked with management to build payment strategy including Digital Payment
Has been responsible for implementation and launching of Payment solution including integration with banks, network, various payment products such as debit/credit cards, wallets
Understanding of various certification programs for PCI-DSS, VISA/Mastercard/Amercian Experess for payment solutions
Understanding of compliance with local regulations on payments and providing guidance to technology team in driving compliance
Has been responsible to develop standard operating procedures for reconciliation & settlements, back-end operations, merchant support
Has been involved in new product initiatives boosting growth and vertical expansion and develop successful targeted marketing programs
Worked in close co-ordination with Technology, Business Account Managers and other stakeholders to drive payment strategy & roll out of Payment Products
Skilled at proactively running multiple payment portfolio across multiple segments
Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets
Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and to drive to results
