Job Description
We are looking for someone to support Investor Relations and Debt Capital Fundraising for EVage. We are looking for someone who is excited at the prospect of achieving our mission of decarbonizing the planet.
· Actively build pipeline of relationships with target venture debt firms, private banks, public sector banks, international financial institutions, nodal financial institutions for debt capital raise across instruments
· Existing relations with banks and financial institutions will be a plus
· Support investor relations and support the investment cycle.
· Conduct detailed research to build the value proposition of EVage and communication for the investors.
· Create the right set of collaterals for presenting to the investors.
Support the complete due diligence cycle for fundraising from prospecting till closure of the transaction
