Seeking a young and dynamic Creative Director (Art) with at least 8 years of experience to collaborate with our Creative Director (Copy) and concoct fresh and unconventional concepts that will take our client's digital presence to new heights.
Job Description:
• Create, implement, and oversee concepts, strategies & and performance for creative projects
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer needs effectively
• Conduct brand, user & and competitor research/audits and use the learnings in creating high-performance advertising collaterals
• Manage and train a team of creative professionals for various design projects
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate visual ideas for clients
• Mentor and develop subordinates into skilled professionals
• Lead client meetings to explain creative ideas and maintain a healthy client relationship
• Implement a framework to train teams and integrate the use of AI tools in daily work to drive productivity and creativity
• Produce high-quality designs, artwork, and layouts
• Collaborate with the account management, Social media and Web development teams to ensure ideas and designs meet the intended brief
• Stay updated on industry developments and technology to deliver innovative ideas for clients
• Clearly communicate design concepts with reasoning through well-designed presentations to internal teams and clients
• Work closely with Sr. Art Directors and groom them in their leadership roles
• Plan and maintain a growth and development report for the entire creative team
Skills:
• Expertly supervise campaigns, social media design, video, and website projects
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
• Collaborate in creating seasonal campaign concepts
• Collaborate with Creative Director (Copy) to develop campaigns and photoshoots for presentation
• Understanding of AI platforms like Mid-journey, Jasper Art, Adobe Firefly, Creatopy, Synthesia, Canva AI, etc.
• Must be acquainted with collaborative work management platforms like - JIRA, Asana, Trello, Wrike, basecamp, etc., and extracting department productivity reports
• Experienced in Video & UI
