Role/ Job Title: Associate Credit Operations Manager.
Function/ Department: Retail Underwriting.
Job purpose:
The Credit Operations Manager will be responsible for processing the original property papers for loan applications and performing on-ground disbursal activities. The Credit operations manager should have good understanding of lending procedures and property papers across multiple products, along with strong coordination skills to interact with multiple stakeholders to resolve any queries. Should have good team management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handling original property papers for fresh and closed loans.
• Liaise with legal and technical vendors for verifications of documents.
• Ensuring adherence to set SLA and TAT targets for E2E loan disbursal.
• Ensuring Quality and compliance parameters for the branch are met as per standards.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
• Management and training of FTC for routine branch activities.
• Monitoring performance and productivity of FTC.
• Hiring and management of FTC.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Timely visit to SRO for mortgage and de mortgage.
• Stakeholder management.
• Vendor coordination.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any.
Experience: 0-2 years of work experience
