Actively seek out new sales opportunities through inbound calls/chat customers
Remain updated on product/process changes across the organization
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Behavioural Skills and Technical Competencies
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Planning - good organizer and time management
What we require (Desired Skills and abilities) Skills:
Comfortable to work in nightshifts (US time zone)
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
1-2 Years+ Working experience in a sales profile
