Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Experienced in Global Market across any of the derivative/asset class like Equities, FX, Swaps, Bonds, IRS etc
• Managing the entire development lifecycle, deployment all the way from SIT to UAT to PRD
• Keen interest in Open-Source stack, Agile and Continuous Delivery
• Work closely, and communicate effectively, with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Scheduling applications with complex dependency
• Working experience in cloud platform like AWS, Azure.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of application development experience in Python Development, Excel pivot tables
• Essential to have practical and demonstratable working experience and competency in the following
• Programming languages/constructs such Sparkola, Pyspark, Python, XML, APIs, JSON, ODBC, MySQL
• Host and platforms such as virtual machines, GIT, Jira, ELK stack
• Big Data engineering
• SQL and databases
• Tableau
• Have some basic understanding on Machine Learning models, Unix/Linux Commands, Shell scripting.
• NoSQL, ETL development and BI experience is an added advantage
