Job Description
Minimum Qualification & Experience
• Ph.D. from high ranked institutions /high QS ranked global University preferably in the area of Commerce or Accounting.
• Should be at least at Associate Professor with Academics Administrative responsibilities experience
• Should have handled outreach programmes, placement drives and external relationship building and liasoning responsibilities.
Strategic
• Presenting programmes and students to relevant target audience for linking School with the Industry.
• Drawing Strategic Plan for intensive internship , placement, sponsored research, MDPs and Executive Education programme.
• Organising Strategic events like CMO, CHRO, CFO and CXO level roundtables to bring practice to the class room along with CIAP.
• Stratesing internationalisation of programmes including Immersion programms,semester exchange, articulation programmes and dual degree programmes including credit transfer along with International Affairs Office.
• Stratesing and building Networks for ( 1 ) SME Network (2 ) Developmental Agency Network (3) Relationship with releventTrade body like CII, ASSOCHAM, NHRD, AIMA, NASSCOM etc
Academic & Operational
• Working with CIAP team in building Corporate readiness programme and supervising delivery of the programme.
• Measuring effectiveness of Corporate Readiness Programme and reporting to the Dean of the School.
• Building network of small medium enterprises (100 / 250 / 450 ) in next three years with companies (minimum turnover Rs 100 CR) for internship, live projects, experiential learning and final placement.
• Building network of Non Governmental Organization in next three years for internship, live projects, experiential learning.
• Building relationship with local government (PMC / Pune Smart City) for collaborative work.
• Building relationship with Research Lab and Institution of National Importance for IPR co-creation.
• Undertaking Activities for NAIP, International Immersion Programme and Rural Immersion Programme.
• Providing Support for Outreach programme of CIAP and Marketing Team for Admission in various programs including Executive Education.
